"Small market that has many breakfast options. Simply find the long queues for good food - such as the wide noodles. There is ample seating within the market to eat. We managed to watch a morning warm up by the store owners at 6.30am - do catch it if you can"

"This is still a, must not miss, amazing morning spot! There are a few new stalls- farm to table, the kitty cat merch and morning massage!, but the iconic shops are still there: moring ramen or soba, madoka coffee, and the fruit sandwich shop! There seems to be something for anyone willing to get out of bed before the crack of dawn 💤🤤"

"Morning market where local food is gathered

I love morning markets, so I went to a famous morning market in Morioka! This is Mikoda Morning Market. I went there on 2nd of this month. It is a local morning market open from 5 am to 7:30 am every day except Monday. It mainly sells vegetables and fruits, but wild vegetables are also great and cheap.
Wasabi, pickles, flowers etc. are also quite cheap. While walking you can enjoy local coffee, hitsumi, tamagoyaki and porridge, ramen. You can go when you wake up to a beautiful morning."
