In the evening, I wandered around Chuo-dori and Ichibangai. Perhaps because everyone had to work the next day, the streets seemed quite deserted.
The streets weren't crowded, but there were still quite a few shops open. Chuo-dori is mostly restaurants, while Ichibangai is home to more "young ladies'" establishments.
