My wife and I were a bit skeptical at the low number of reviews and minimalist approach to booking but after going for a 2 hour onsen session with hot pool, cold pool, and sauna, we know this place is real and fantastic!
They’ve thought of everything from the QR code entry (login to your account via the website), to buying drinks before you enter, to having robes, towels, sandals, hair and skin care products, a hair dryer, everything. It’s great and highly recommend to decompress from the busy city or if you need to chill and kill time before your hotel / flight is ready."
