Be careful with the monkeys! They scratched my daughters eye and will battle each other on your shoulders.
The Lemurs were actually very calm and one of our favorites.
We visited right when they opened and there were maybe 20 other people in there. We didn't really have to wait to see or feed any of the animals. I would say 1.5 hours is enough for this place."

The capybaras there are also very receptive, just be careful of bird/monkey droppings as they fly/climb on the ceilings.
You can also buy discounted tickets to Izu Shaboten Zoo, i think there is a 600 yen discount per adult.
The staff are pretty nice except for one guy, who simply refuses to acknowledge my query. He's the reason i refuse to give 5 star rating here, even though i had a great time here for 1+ hours."
