"August 25, 2020
I've been into geological exploration lately, and I decided to check out the mineral exhibition. 🚙

The minerals on display were mostly representative, but the explanations about how they were handmade were very easy to understand. 👍️

I also learned a lot about Kimachi stone, and I realized how the geology around Lake Shinji is strongly influenced by volcanic activity. Could this volcanic activity be from Mt. Sanbe?"

"2025/06/15
I had set the navigation to the Ceramic Art Museum, so I must have entered from the back, and even though it was Sunday, I didn't see anyone.
The only car parked there was probably one belonging to the museum staff.
It was quiet, and the music playing inside the museum could be heard from outside."

"I've been coming here since my single days when I was stuck. It's magnificent, quiet, and full of nature at the best price. There's no better facility than this. If you're in the city, I recommend stopping by after visiting Izumo Taisha Shrine. When my children were little, they enjoyed running around in the plaza and challenging themselves through the tunnels, even though they were scared, but now that they're in elementary school, I think I'll have them learn about the stones inside too (^_^)"
