"Kutchan JR Station- A strategic location to connect the public bus, just outside the JR Station, to Hirafu Welcome Center, Niseko. No hassle, no difficulty… Pay when you arrive at the Hirafu Welcome Center for ¥500 one-way."

"There is one staff who is very unwilling to help. I asked him some directions and he told me to look at the chart. If I understood the chart why would've I asked him? Then when I was coming back to the counter, he saw me and went to hide at the back room. I called him and he came out and reluctantly answered my simple question. Why are you so unfriendly? I asked you politely.
The staff is a male guy wearing specs. I bought tix from him at around 5pm, 19 Feb 2025. Hope you have the worse day and no one will help you. The picture is when he was hiding in the back room so no one can ask for help"
