"In the beautiful entrance hall, I was surprised to see the sign "Please come with your shoes on." I asked out loud, "Is that really okay? Is that really okay?"
The inside was a calming space, and I found myself relaxing and losing track of time.
They seem to be focusing on non-alcoholic menu items, but since I was going to drink anyway, I had a glass of Dokabuto.
I had sake kasu shochu, which uses sake lees and rice husks as botanicals. I was personally interested in Kenjiro, but unfortunately I couldn't get my hands on it as it was already out of stock..."

"This is my favorite local sake brewery.

A brewery that realizes sustainable rice and sake cultivation in what may be the most natural rice fields in the world.

Junmai sake that is kind to both the environment and people!
It's the best!!!"

村岡ありさ

"This sake brewery is about a 3-minute walk from Mizuma Station.
While I couldn't tour it, the Japanese garden and the store are beautiful. I ordered two sets of tasting notes and amazake, and looking out the window, it felt like time had slowed down.
I hope to visit Jojima Sake Brewery again when I'm in town."
