"visited with Japanese friends today, loved the experience. The red sake was sublime. Sugoi ne!"
John Marshall
"I visited on a bus tour with Food Group Japan. I was able to hear about the current location of sake breweries and their future plans from the people at Nabeten, Aiyu, and Yamanaka Store. I learned a lot about the concept of sake named after a country, or national sake.
But even so... Fudo and Jinyu are delicious! And the raisin ice cream made with the sake lees is also delicious. I was able to find a great souvenir and a way to end my meal at the end of my trip!"

"My first visit was on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
This brewery has a spacious parking lot and is beautifully built.
They have such a wide selection that it's hard to decide!
The kind and polite manager (his son, who is raising a child) is always there to help. 😁
The manager loves cooking, sake, and talking!
He says he gets thirsty from talking all day! 😆
He explains everything in detail in the tasting area. ❤️
I was driving, so my wife did the tasting.
We bought three bottles that we liked.
1️⃣The Sake for 51 and Up
A robust sake with an ABV of 20%.
It seems a little dry, but very easy to drink. ☺️
Delicious!
2️⃣Hanging Shibori Fudo (Junmai Daiginjo)
I finally got to try it after having temaki sushi for dinner.
A slightly sweet, fruity sake.
It was incredibly easy to drink and delicious! 👍
I think it would go perfectly with sashimi and sushi! ️
3️⃣ Light and Dry Kagami Dry (Pack)
Easy to drink, pairs well with any dish, and a great value! ❗It was just as described.😋
On this day, I had sashimi and stir-fried pork and leeks.
It was a sake that went perfectly with any fish or meat dish, and didn't overwhelm the food.😋
Apparently, you can get great deals by signing up on LINE.
I signed up right away and received a Jinyu sticker.😃⤴️
I'll definitely be back."
