"Nice place for a date night or for chilling the whole day. The onsen is spectacular as its spacious and has a nice view from there. The main lobby is located on the of the top floors and you have to be ready on what service you want, the heated rooms as well as the cooler ones offer a unique style where you can enjoy some rest. Be mindful as some rooms are quiet and people expect to be as is. The pool on the top floor gives you even more of an amazing view to the city at night. The restaurant area is big and have the option on having a buffet. I will definitely come back and enjoy it even more."

"Having experienced various onsens during my time in Japan, I was eager to try this one. While the baths featured lovely natural spring water, some aspects of the experience were a bit disappointing.
Firstly, I found the requirement to carry our umbrellas and shoes (in a designated shoe bag) throughout the facility inconvenient. Storing our umbrellas in the lockers led to wet bags, which was frustrating. Additionally, the locker changing area felt very cramped, even though there were numerous rows of lockers that seemed unused. It made navigating the space difficult and limited personal room to change comfortably.
We also paid extra to access the rock baths, but there was nowhere to store personal items in that area, which made it challenging to enjoy.
When exiting the facility, it was quite busy, and the elevator felt small and cramped.
On a separate note, while the facilities appeared clean, I did encounter some questionable bathing etiquette. I noticed multiple women using headrests as seats in the jet area, and children splashing and playing in the cold bath, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, while the onsen has potential, the experience could benefit from better organization and clearer guidelines for guests."
