Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Akabane Nature Observation Park for its peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty, offering a welcome escape from urban life. The traditional farmhouse provides a unique historical touch, and the park is well-suited for leisurely walks and family picnics. Some note it's still a work in progress, but its charm lies in its serene, undeveloped feel.

"Nice little forest not too far from Ikebukuro. It's good to resource in the nature."

Colin Magne

"This park was made around the turn of the century. The goal was to make a park that showed off what the area looked like before it was developed. Because of that, it is still a work in progress, but since it has a spring, there is a nice little stream that runs down into a pond (which is fenced off because it is very deep and could be a hazard to children). Children can catch crayfish, tadpoles, little fish, and the like in the stream without any fear of serious injury. I nice place to spend a lazy afternoon on a nice day."

Isamu Maruhashi

"Very nice park with paved paths, there are different trees and plants on each side of the path A sence of beautiful and peaceful nature. There are always bird watchers there and if your lucky you can see a rare bird."
