Visitors rave about the stunning natural beauty of Hoshi no Buranko Bridge, especially during autumn foliage season. The unique experience of walking high above the trees and the peaceful atmosphere are major highlights. While the walk from the station can be longer than expected, the scenic route and the free admission make it a worthwhile escape from the city.

"Fairly easy to get to either from Kisaichi Station or parking lot at the base of the suspension bridge.

From Kisaichi Station, it’s took about 40-50 minutes (and not 30 per Google maps). The walk is not strenuous and mostly through beautiful woods on well-maintained trails.

From the parking lot, it’s about 15 minutes on paved road.

On arrival at the suspension bridge, you are immediately captured by the view and the cute photo stations, which includes a phone stand. Photo stands are at both ends of the bridge.

The bridge is very stable. It easily accommodates people and pets in both directions.

The view from the bridge and both ends is picture perfect."

"Magnificent view in this place, park at Hoshida car park and it takes about 20 mins to get to the bridge if you take the stairs. You can bring children age between 7-12 YO to attempt the hike up the hilltop.

Beautiful view on the bridge"

"Amazing nature all around, with a Japanese-style hiking vibe. It’s not difficult, there are some stairs to climb, but nothing too serious. The views from the bridge are beautiful.
I walked from the station - Kusaicho; it took about 40 minutes through stunning scenery.
The trees aren’t fully red yet, so if you’re hoping for peak autumn colors, you might need to wait a bit longer.
+Free. & coffees, snacks near that."
