Oishi Park is overwhelmingly praised for its stunning, unobstructed views of Mt. Fuji, complemented by beautiful seasonal flowers. While generally not overly crowded, it can attract tour groups, and muddy patches can occur after rain.
"This is a beautiful park. I love the well tended gardens. We came during autumn and was delighted to see the fiery kochia bushes in spectacular bloom. The backdrop of the lake and mount fuji really made this park a very popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The whole park is so well kept and clean. The facilities such as parking and lavatories are also readily available. There are shops here which sells snacks and you can enjoy your coffee and snacks with a fantastic view of the park, the lake and the mountain in the background. If you don't want to leave without any mementos, there are also souvenir shops here and plenty of well positioned platforms for photographers."

"Oishi Park has long been the go-to viewpoint of Fujisan...and for a good reason. It really does offer a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji as it towers over the landscape. It also offers a decent view of Lake Kawaguchiko.
The only downside is the high influx of tourists throughout the day. The place is always crowded.
If you are like me who wants to enjoy Mt. Fuji without the hustle and bustle of the park, try biking around Lake Kawaguchiko and you'll find a more peaceful place to bask in the glory of Mt. Fuji. Trust me, there's a lot of perfect spots along the lake. I'd encourage you to discover it yourselves. 😉"

"Oishi Park is a scenic park located in the Yamanashi Prefecture of Japan, near the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. It's famous for its stunning views of Mount Fuji, especially during the spring and autumn months. The park has beautifully landscaped gardens with walking paths, a lovely rose garden, and a great spot for picnics.
One of the highlights is the Oishi Park Flower Garden, which blooms with a variety of flowers, including lavender, sunflowers, and chrysanthemums. During certain seasons, the park hosts various flower festivals. It's also a popular spot for photography, thanks to the breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and the tranquil setting around the lake."
