What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Sunset Beach Naha is praised for its beautiful sunset views and convenient location near the American Village. Visitors appreciate the available facilities like restrooms and showers, and the protective barrier makes it suitable for families. However, some find the beach too noisy due to frequent jet fighter activity and note that rental chairs can be expensive.
"It’s really worth the time to visit here, today’s weather is over our expectation, wayyy too good, so that we stayed more than 3 hrs lol! Lucky us:)
Water was more clear yesterday, still pretty!!"
Time Machine
"Lovely beach with nice fine sand, my kids and I were good with out swim shoes. That being said, if you plan on coming to swim, check the level of the tide in advance. I, unfortunately did not, and at the lowest point of the designated swimming area the water only comes up about .1 - .2m making it virtually impossible to “swim”. At high tide it appears to be about 2m deep, however.
They have chairs and umbrellas available to rent and it’s close to a spacious, free, parking lot."
Jacqueline Renee Hamilton
"Something for everyone. Relax, swim, beach sports and activities, rental access, free access, family fun, great food and shops, and spectacular sunsets."
