This is one of the absolute best yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo. It’s a six-seat wagyu tasting menu with a 4.30 rating on Tabelog. Located in Bunkyo City near Tokyo University, this is Yakiniku Jambo Hanare. #tokyo #yakiniku #japanesefood #tokyofood #wagyu #wagyubeef #tokyotravel

Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Noma Memorial Museum for its affordable admission, serene atmosphere, and beautiful garden. The intimate setting allows for a leisurely appreciation of Seiji Noma's art collection and Kodansha's publishing history. While some note its smaller size and potentially inconvenient access, many appreciate the lack of crowds and the overall tranquil experience.

"I went to see the Utsusushi Murakami Yutaka Exhibition. Yutaka Murakami is said to be 83 years old this year and is still active.
Admission fee: 500 yen. I'm happy to receive a card that allows me to get 4 stamps for free. I want to come again. Unlike famous, large art museums, there were not many viewers, so I was able to enjoy the museum in a leisurely manner. If you get tired, there is a rest area in the back where you can view the greenery of the garden. There are also tables outside. The famous Tokyo Cathedral St. Mary's Cathedral is right nearby, and I'm glad I was able to take a tour of it."

"While strolling along Mejiro-dori Street toward Edogawabashi, I discovered the Kodansha Noma Memorial Museum near Chinzanso. I heard they were holding a rather esoteric exhibition called "Kodansha's Publishing Culture Materials Exhibition," so I decided to go inside and discovered something fascinating. In addition to the Noma Collection, the museum also exhibited rare items, such as covers, original frontispieces, supplements, and illustrations from prewar Kodansha publications. It happened to be the last day (December 21st), so I was lucky, even if it was just by chance. The museum, renovated from the former home of the company's first president, Seiji Noma, has a particularly stunning garden. Sitting on a chair on the balcony in the lounge, I found myself wanting to gaze upon it forever. Admission was 500 yen, and a beautiful receptionist greeted me. Perhaps because of its inconvenient transportation access, it wasn't too crowded, which I personally like, as I hate crowded places. I'll definitely be back."

"Although it is small, the masterpieces from the Taisho era to the early Showa era collected by the founder are sure to catch your eye.
This season, weeping cherry blossoms greet visitors.
Recommended for those who want a place where time passes slowly."
