When I caught the train here, I was able to redeem my JR Kyushu Rail pass and get a ticket on the iconic Limited Express Sonic train to Hakata, Fukuoka. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we were able to communicate well. They also helped me to understand where my seat was, and where I could put my oversized luggage.
