The actual gate to this is usually closed and there are signs that say no trespassing, but the fence is open and I always see people there, so I dont know🤷🏿♂️

"Had a run in with a homeless boy (seemed to have disabilities)living in this abandoned house . My boyfriend is a local so we gave the young boy a bottle of water that he drank in 5 seconds and a bag of cookies that he dumped on the ground and then he started eating them. He tried to grab my cellphone from me and then he tried to grab the car key from the ignition as we left the door open while we scoped out the area. There was 1 man and another teenager that seemed to be living at the edge of the trees right there and my bf asked what the boys issues were and they claimed he was handicapped. Just please be aware of your surroundings there while the gate is locked to see the lighthouse ! We have been there 2 yrs ago and loved the view and lighthouse. The amazing tree on the way on is breathtaking"
