Reviews Summary

Visitors appreciate Fort Charlotte for its historical significance and stunning sea views, noting the free entry and the efforts made towards preservation. However, some mention the cannons have corroded over time, and the strong winds require caution. It's a place to enjoy the scenery and imagine the past.

"Fort Charlotte is one of the fortiest forts I've ever seen... If that makes sense. 😅

This is really my second visit to Fort Charlotte, and I can see that there have been some obvious changes that have taken place. As a lover of these ancient ruin things, I can appreciate that they have been doing a bit to preserve and beautify the place.

The railings and chairs are a nice touch that wasn't there before. The canons have corroded a lot more over the years, though. They used to be in such better condition. The wind blowing is crazy strong, so you'll definitely need the rails when you're up there.

The view you get of the sea is far and wide, the British could definitely see when any enemies were approaching from a distance.

To make it clear, there is no admission to enter or anything like that. The place is pretty open, but please don't litter it. Just take your pictures and enjoy the scenery.

Also, don't get any weird ideas to jump in the water because that sea below is very rough."
