Who would have thought of me staying in a sixteenth century palazzo with amazing gardens. Accommodating Front Desk staff, plenty of parking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be transported in time and feel like royalty."

"We stayed in October 2025 room 403 (executive suite). Paid ~$350 for one night.
The good:
Beautiful structure. This villa is very large and similar to French chateau.
Great views of the city.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
The bad:
Terrible water pressure
Hot water was barely hot
No way to use the bathtub since the water pressure was so low it would take hours to fill.
Terrible wifi. Did not reach our bed. Had to sit in the corner of our room to get any Wi-Fi.
We had no cell service via T-Mobile and without wifi the evening kind of sucked
Overall this place just needs a little maintenance to be great. If it would have had good water or wifi, I probably would not bother writing a bad review. Do not stay in room 403 and you will probably be fine."
