What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Verona is widely praised for its romantic atmosphere, rich history, and compact, walkable city center. Visitors love the Arena and the charming piazzas. Some find Juliet's House overly touristy and crowded, and a few suggest it can be quiet at night.
"Booked St. Marks Basilica and Doge’s Palace tour (with the Bell Tower option)
Our guide was the very knowledgeable, light hearted, and often numerous, Elena.
She is very clearly proud of her city, its history, and her people, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
We learned a lot of things about these beautiful buildings, and their often bloody history… and does make you wonder why the Bridge of Sighs has become such an iconic tourist attraction, given its purpose…
Overall, I’d highly recommend this company… and if you happen to have the pleasure of the tour being led by Elena, then you’ve got the added bonus!
The Bell Tower was definitely worth doing too, and didn’t matter that this part of the tour was unguided, but extremely pleased that we had Skip the Queue passes! The views are sensational!"

The tour started with a vr video, followed by a walk through Venice with our guide, and lastly ended with a gondola ride through some of the canals in Venice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!"
