"Took the bus from Turin to Paris. Very carefully booked tickets and seats, as is a 10 hour long trip, and I did want travel next to my partner. 1 day before the trip we receive new tickets with different seats wich is ok. To my surprise when we arrive to the bus the driver tell us seats in the tickets do not match with real bus seats, they just let everybody take the seats they wanted, first come first served basis. I ask the driver to please make people stick to the seat numbers in their tickets, but he just screams and says we have to complain with flixbus... excuse me, aren't you working for flixbus? Horrible service, no organization at all, the staff is violent towards clients, if you re not european they will call the police on you before trying to fix the problems you may have. They are basically bus driver karens!"
