"Spa review!
Like most reviews, I also had a somewhat mixed experience with this spa. The check-in process was very confusing and lengthy—I waited with a number ticket for at least 15 minutes. After finally receiving service, I was able to purchase entry, and I was recommended a combination of the large swimming pool and the cave spa. Additionally, I had to sign a health declaration or alternatively undergo a medical examination.
The swimming pool changing room and the "spa" are located at opposite ends, requiring a walk through areas such as the reception and restaurant. A bathrobe is definitely a must-have.
That being said, the experience was amazing and truly relaxing. On a Monday in March, it was also very peaceful here."

"Terme - is nice looking from the first sight but a bit quite vintage with the lack of maintenance when you look more detailed. What was great: the pool with hot water, grotta, however to visit you pay additional and can enter only once. The locker room is so uncomfortable with a space for maximum 10 people inside, the locker boxes are out so you need to move all the time. In my visit 2 of 6 showers were out of service. But the worse of all is the “SPA”, I hardly can call the massage what they do. Basically the lady poured 1 liter of oil and touched me gently for 40 min (instead of 50) after my polite request to make massage more intense i ve been refused, because it’s relaxing massage. Well, if I was a man I would even though that it’s erotic massage, so gentle it was. Bottom line, to visit only the bath to enjoy thermal hot water make sense, the rest is the waste of money and the mood breaker."
