When I eventually got my turn, I chose the Classico, and my wife chose the Cacio e Pepe. It was absolutely superb. The lovely crunch of the fried exterior, the delicious flavours of the meat and sauce, the texture of the rice, the gooey pull of the Mozzarella cheese centre, bellissimo!
My only regret is that I didn't buy a few more different flavoured ones or try the Pizza slices."
