"We drove an hour and a half to take my child here as we had heard it was a big science museum for kids all ages and clearly this is false advertising. First of all, I arrived with my two grandmother's who could not take part in anything and wanted to just sit by reception, The teller made me pay two full tickets to have my 98 year old grandmother sit by the lockers along with my other senior grandmother. So a full almost €40 i had to spent for them to be able to sit at reception and wait for my child to finish playing which is disgusting honestly. 2. Upon entering you are greeted with several sections ( mostly consisting of balls) where children can play. Adults pay full price along with kids just to be able to follow your kids around the establishment , we had finished every activity after 30 minutes ( the stone area where you sift for minerals you can't keep the stones) , the water section has a rude staff member there with no explaining on how things work or why , with pipes and tubes that look old and broken as half dont work ( supposed to be a science museum right?) The sand area has two tubs of sand with a projector , the science experiment area is left dirty and half the items used ( why have staff if no one cleans up or explains) more of a do it yourself for this establishment... then they have two areas with ball pits with half the tubs that dont work...my child needed the toilet and we had to leave the establishment and go to another store outside because they only have a urinal ( for little kids this is ridiculous that you dont have a proper bathroom ) all in all this was an absolute rip off... staff with attitudes, when I complained they did nothing after I asked for a refund and just told me they are sorry. I spent over €100 for half an hour of playing in plastic balls... even purchasing socks is a rip off as half the children were NOT wearing antislip socks but we had to purchase them too... should be ashamed to charge these prices for a small playground with balls. I will be taking this further."

"Not really suitable for children under 3 due to the use of BB gun bullets in one of the attractions that end up everywhere including in the big ball pits. You get the sense they didn't really test pilot the place with real children before opening.
Fun gong which you must only ring once! Which feels like a silly thing to have in a children's museum in the quiet origami section.
It's not really a museum but a play park indoors.
Great Volvo tools form picking up blocks and balls.
The best part is the ball pit where you go hunting for fossils amongst the tunnel. The mining for precious gem stones. The ball pit with air vents
But the better Bambini museum is up north east of Rome."
