"We used the Metro bus combo to reach the location. There is Bus 92 that leaves from Termini Station. Get off at the stop "Priscilla", a 3 minute walk and you are there.
We reached without a reservation. The Staff were super kind, fitting us in the first group. Not everyone can get lucky. The have a waiting area with a coffee machine. The €10 entry includes a mandatory guided tour, which is a steal. This is a beautiful, less crowded place.
The toilets available on site were clean.
The guide shared excellent information and answered all questions well. We learnt a lot.
We did feel the tour was kinda short (45mins). It was rushed, but it focused only on a few spots, and you cannot look around alone. It's still worth 5 stars.

"We had a little bit of trouble making a reservation. When submitting our details and choosing a slot on the website the page simply closed after submission. We did not receive any confirmation. Once talking to the staff at reception they confirmed our reservation was not valid without the confirmation. Just something to keep in mind if anyone else has this issue. Perhaps repeat the submission until a response is received. The staff were kind enough to sell us tickets for the slot when we arrived through. Service was very good.
As for the Catacombs, the tour was incredibly interesting! We had a very knowledgeable guide, Rico, who took us through all of the early artworks and symbology. I think for the price the experience is well worth it. For Christians or archaeology enthusiasts alike this place is worth a visit."
