Visitors consistently praise the Museo Alfa Romeo Arese as one of Italy's best car museums, highlighting its impressive and diverse collection, engaging exhibits, and well-organized layout. The staff are noted for their welcoming nature and English proficiency. While the museum offers a fantastic experience for car fans and history buffs alike, some may find the public transport options less direct than driving.
"Just went again, my fourth time at the Alfa Romeo Museum.... Just fantastic.
I wasn't really a huge fan of the Alfa brand before visiting...but after visiting, learning about it's history and heritage, I have an admiration and respect for the brand.
This place is rich with beautiful machines and history.
Some stunning cars on display and it's all beautifully laid out !.
Nightlights have to be the stradale, the 155v6 ti and the Disco Volante...
If you have some time... Just go it will be well worth it.
The shop has some nice stuff to purchase also.
Brilliant place"

"Visiting on a weekday was a good choice, considering the museum wasn’t crowded and you could enjoy the exhibits peacefully and take photos. You can see many car models from different periods, but it seems there are still more models that are either not on display or the museum doesn’t own them. Older cars definitely have more character and soul, and they stand out compared to today’s cars, which mostly look alike.
At the end of the tour, there’s also a café and a bistro. The prices are reasonable.
There is also a gift shop, and the only complaint is that they don’t have bags. They could at least offer some with the Alfa Romeo logo. It feels a bit awkward to buy a few small items and have to carry them in your hands."

"One of the best places to visit in Milan if you're a car enthusiast. Spent much more time exploring each car than my friends. Not my first time visiting car museums, but each time I ask myself - what happened to the modern car design? Older cars had a character, but today's cars are just... Fuel efficient boxes. Hope to see more sports car models from now on. Just personal thoughts.
Five stars! Will go again."
