"Totally worth the walk from Termini and back, where I came with the 5070 bus (1,50 EUR!) from Sorrento. Just make sure to bring enough water and food with you since there are no proper shops after you leave Termini. The views at Campanella and along the trail (proper trail with stone/asphalt) are magnificent. Loved the signs telling of the ancient and medieval history of the trail and places you pass. Had no idea I would be walking along a 2 300 year old Roman/greek road to the site of one of the most important temples to Athena/Minerva during that time!"
