We didn’t claim there was a charge dispute rather clearly damaged product. Terrible customer service. Awful business practices. So here we are charged for a damaged piece that we cannot display. I’ve never had a company not stand behind their policy like this one. Shameful. With all the beautiful ceramic shops in the region, I would I would not recommend this one! Buyer beware."

As soon as we walked in the door , the customer service was just different than any other shop we had been in.
