What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors find the Piramidi di Zone to be an interesting geological site, particularly for those with an interest in earth sciences. While some note it's not as spectacular as larger formations elsewhere, the unique 'pyramid' shapes and views of Lago Iseo are appreciated. The hike is described as a good workout, with amenities available during summer.
"Sounded more spectacular than in real life. This is not pyramids but erosion based hill structure. It is interesting to see but not a Wow experience, if you have seen larger similar areas like in the US Bad Lands area. Note that quite a climb unless you have car or e-bike from the lake level. A very good intensive training with a normal bike (without e-bike help)."

"Nice little walk with free parking. Those into geology will probably enjoy it more than others. Some nice views of Lago Iseo for those who aren't into rocks.
The walk is straight down and then straight up so not particularly relaxing but it's not strenuous. We did it in an hour with a seven year old."
Andrew
"Great hike going both down and up to see the rock formations. It takes about an hour to do the walk with some other deviations which you can do to see some villages and passage ways. During the summer there's an area that also has food, toilets and water. There is also a kids playground near the parking lot and a 15th century small chapel. Overall, worth the detour to see an interesting formation from nature."
