"In Piazza Manzoni, it is one of the oldest churches in Piombino. Its construction dates back to the 13th century, but it was expanded in 1500. Single nave, with two chapels on the right side and a beautiful ceiling with exposed beams. On the altar you can admire the 16th century Crucifix. The church stands in one of the panoramic points overlooking the sea."

"Sacred place, suitable for those who want to gather spiritually, but also for those who want to see, during a walk, a place where you can find historical interests and a fabulous panorama. The entrance to the church is in fact on the seafront and the view of the islands of the Tuscan archipelago is unique and definitely worth seeing. When the sky is clear you can see all the islands, and it is beautiful, but even with a cloudy sky, the show is unique.
The church is well kept and inside there is always some kind person who welcomes you.
The priest, Don Mario, is always very helpful and kind. I highly recommend visiting it."
