What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Centro City Center offers a prime location near the train station and a good breakfast buffet with friendly staff. However, some guests have noted that the hotel's facilities are dated and could benefit from updates, with concerns raised about cleanliness and inconsistent air conditioning. The lack of in-room coffee facilities and room service are also points to consider.
"It's in a convenient location right next to the train station, staff are friendly, and it has a good breakfast buffet with a lot of gluten free prepackaged items. However, apart from the reception area the hotel is looking old and needs updating. There are marks on the walls and the carpets in the hallways are worn and stained. The sofas in the rooms are worn, and there were stains on the towels. The sheets were white, but there were lots of stains on the mattress cover and the mattress itself, and with the small brown spotted stains I got worried about bed bugs but didn't see other evidence. For a hotel with a lot of people, mattresses absolutely need to be encased in a high-quality mattress protector that protects against bugs and allergens. So overall the hotel looks okay, but needs updating and better sanitary practices."

"Hotel located right next to the main train station and bus terminal. Easy access to the city centre through to the beach area as well.
We were given a ground floor accessible room with one tiny window that barely opens, if open the traffic noise would keep you awake. The AC does not cool the room sufficiently and the temp was uncomfortable, nothing they could do.
No tea or coffee (in Italy yes…) making facility and you have to rent a kettle from the front desk which is really annoying.
Staff were helpful and very nice and no complaints there.
The AC and lack of coffee making facilities seems to be a common issue with this hotel group so have taken note. No bathrobes either :(
Probably won’t return."

"Good location, rooms, and breakfast. However, the hotel does not have any restaurants for room services. Additionally, they let you pull the luggage trolley yourself with no staff to do so. Reception is not friendly as you expect"
