I naively assumed this meant an English tour was starting in a couple of minutes, or else why would we have been told about it at all? But instead, we stood around waiting for 15 minutes for the next tour, which was also exclusively in Italian. The tour involves standing in the crowded tomb and listening to a 20 minute Italian speech. The tomb might be interesting to see if it was less crowded for maybe 2 minutes. After that, of you're not near the exit, you'll just be stuck in a crowded dark room twiddling your thumbs for twenty minutes understanding nothing. I'm sure it's fascinating if you speak Italian. If you don't, give it a miss."
