"My review does not refer to the theater itself, an architectural jewel in the heart of the city but to the management. I will briefly tell my experience. We had bought tickets for a theater event and once we arrived at the destination booth that the operator below had indicated to us, we found it occupied by three very rude and arrogant ladies who prevented us from entering, saying that that booth was only theirs. We went to complain to the operator who had indicated the aforementioned booth and after many ups and downs of the stairs, instead of imposing themselves and enforcing the rules on the rude women who had entirely occupied the booth, they told us to move to the booth next door where instead we were welcomed by some very kind gentlemen even though it was not our booth. In short, the theater managers gave in to some bullies who took over our booth entirely. This is not the example we should set."
