"The level of customer service inefficiency here is unbelievable! I’ve never regretted a decision as much as signing with this center and paying in advance. After a health issue, rescheduling became a complete nightmare. Instead of helping, they kept delaying the process by requesting unnecessary documents without even asking about the actual condition.
Three different doctors in Italy confirmed the certificates they demanded were unreasonable, and it still took nearly two weeks to resolve. On top of that, emails are answered after 5–7 days, and I’ve now been waiting over 1.5 months just to get a date for a lesson I already paid for. When they finally replied—11 days later—I was told the instructor is fully booked.
The lack of professionalism is astounding. Unless you’re an important client, it seems they simply don’t care. At this point, even flying to Dubai diving center and finishing the course there would have been easier and less stressful.
The entire process has been absolutely unacceptable. ‘Disgusting’ is the only accurate word to describe the experience."
