The staff were super accommodating, and coming from out of the country we felt very welcomed & well taken care of — every single staff member we met went out of their way with great hospitality. I had a massage from Julia & couldn’t explain how wonderful it was in Italian, but it was perfect. The sauna space is clean and has a pleasant view. The garden is really nice, even in the rain. & restaurant / bar staff are super kind & have great suggestions. All around a perfect day."
