The pizza at this restaurant is really good. The problem is the service. When we went to pay, the owner (I assume) spoke ONLY IN ITALIAN, even though we were speaking in English because we were foreigners. There was an issue with our bill, so I asked for an explanation, but again, he spoke ONLY IN ITALIAN. We had to figure things out in a different way because we couldn’t understand him. To add on, the menu is only in Italian as well.
Also, there’s a charge called “coperto” (€2.5), which is a seat charge. Just make sure you know this term before you go, because they won’t explain any of it in English.
And to be clear, it’s not about the fee itself — we just needed a simple explanation of what it meant, which they didn’t provide."
