With one pair of trousers, however, the shine was gone after the first wash (washed according to instructions). When I contacted customer service, they brushed the problem aside. For pants that cost at least €190, you can expect better customer service and reasonable quality. It's a shame, although I like the brand, I won't be ordering from them again.
