"This is a very nice hotel. I have stayed in a few of the big hotels in Milan and this one was very good that holds its own. The porters and service desk were exceptional. Service overall was very good. My only complaint was at breakfast where a few staff weren't the best. The greeting lady was lovely but a couple of the waiters were pretty average. Plus the food was poor for breakfast which bumped the hotel down to a 4 star. Only had room service once and it was good.
Overall a very good hotel in a reasonably good position that has lovely views from the higher floors. Would recommend."

"I only visited the spa so I’m not sure about the hotel. The massage and the whole experience was just ok, but the spa area was beautiful. When you visit a five star spa, you want to have non disposable cups, hot tea, fresh fruit etc. but instead they served lukewarm tea in a paper cup and snack bags. That said, I left feeling relaxed and the staff were friendly."
