All team (was terrible), saying that that cannot do anything, what do you want??? They told me it’s 2025 I cannot write a complain in the shop! Lady come on! Online! First time in my life. Really! All staff put the finger to the clock, saying go go out, we do not care. Write a online complain! What you want from us. I left all my things I wanted to buy, because I will not spent any euro there! It’s a shame for the manager of the team and the girl waiting there. All team supported her saying we do not care (even the sucuritu guy). The OVS should pay their staff please extra hours for not the staff to behave with customers like dogs. NEVER IN MY LIFE I had this issue in the shop. MANAGERS PLEASE PUT AN EYE WHAT HAPPENED INSIDE YOUR TEAM. Today you loose 50€, tomorrow more."
