Wanted to buy a nice leather shoe in Milan! I should have done the same at home in the US. I bought a pair of shoes from this shop in Milan, I was told the shoe will expand over a period of time and was strongly recommends by the shop to get a size that is usually smaller than what I wear. I went with their suggestion.
It was a wrong decision. Wore it indoors for a few hours to see if I felt comfortable, I wasn’t. Went back to the store to return. After talking to them for quite a bit the answer was no. No refund. No exchange.
Apparently the back of the shoe showed wear and tear!
So if the shoe couldn’t even handle a few hours of indoor walking and trying - how on earth is the shoe of good quality on the first place?? I was told the shoe can’t be resold so they won’t take it back. Speaks volumes of the quality.

I would not buy from this store. This shoe costed me $170 USD. A total waste. Shop people are not friendly. Poor customer service."
