Reviews Summary

Reviews for Leonardo Hotel Milan City Center are mixed, with many guests praising the helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. However, a significant number of reviews highlight the urgent need for renovation, citing issues like mold, stained furniture, and outdated fittings. The location on the edge of Chinatown is noted, with some finding it less appealing and recommending taxis to the main city center. TikTokReddit

"Nice environment in the middle of China town of Milan (do expect a lot of Chinese street food). We walked all the way into the city center (20 minutes). Good value for money. Very good breakfast buffet with good coffee and a good selection of tea. Spacious car park in the basement (entry just a few meters down the road)."

Stefan M. Kleinsorge

"Hotel is long overdue a major refurbishment, looked like it had not been touched since early 80s. Our room was very bad.. significant mould in the bathroom and on the bedroom wall, dirty stained furniture, very old and tired fittings and carpet, see photos. The location is on a dirty street on the edge of China Town. Coffee at breakfast was not great. I don't know how they had the audacity to charge €321 per night! On a positive note the staff were all helpful and nice, and told me the hotel was being refurbished in October this year."

Matt Graves

"Unfortunately, the room itself let this hotel down.
It needs massively renovating, we only stayed for 2 nights but I think I would have gone to another hotel if it was much longer.

However the service was good and the bar/lounge area was nice.

The area was dirty, nothing open. Best bet is to get a taxi to the Milan Cathedral City Centre.

In all I would not return to Milan. It was not for me."
