"Famous once upon a time for being the "Max Mara" outlet, Intrend nowadays sells mostly (90%) clothes produced for the brand and the rest is previous season stuff from Max Mara lesser brands, like Max & Co and Marella.
I buy only sporadically, a few items once maximum twice per year, especially in the Milan shop, which is the smallest in the northern area (both Genoa and Turin's shops are bigger and nicer).
This shop is small and with bad aeration, sometimes even bad smell. Since it's stuffed full of clothes, it takes just a few customers to feel overcrowded. During my last visit luckily it wasn't too crowded and I found the staff more helpful than usual. They tend to ignore customers and be generally unfriendly, but this time they helped my with looking for a size and retrieving a pair of jeans.
On the whole it seemed a bit better than before, but not a favourite place, since the Intrend quality is medium to very low and expensive for what it is."

"Theft in store, no help!
Today in Intrend store, someone stole all my money from the purse. As I was with my baby in stroller, looking for coat, someone had a chance to open my bag on the shoulder and take all my money. As I was walking to the cabins to try the coat, the women who worked in the store told me that my bag was open and to take care. But it was too late. When asked, they told me the cameras in the store are not working, which I think in modern days is unacceptable. No one offered their help, they ignored me and I left the store with no solution. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE as no help is offered if you get robbed, reading the previous reviews it happens quite often as it is obviously very convenient place for theft as there is no security cameras and on top the store Managment takes no care of customers. Unacceptable!"

"Three stars, because the lady who helped us find our coats (she was Asian) was super sweet, friendly and helpful.
However the two ladies at the register failed to inform us that there is a bonus program card where we basically get coupons for the next purchase. We spent over 1000€ there - this would have been worth around 50€ off the next time we shop there.
We just learned about the card at another Intrend store outside the city where we went today.
What a shame!"
