"The Worst Restaurant Ever!
First of all, the food is ridiculously overpriced for what it is — it doesn’t even taste good.
The service was absolutely awful. The staff told us we weren’t allowed to take pictures with our camera, and two of them even tried to take it from us to “make sure” we wouldn’t use it. We refused to hand it over and said that if they were that worried, they could just stand there and watch — because they had no right to touch our belongings.
They kept insisting several times that we give them the camera, and in the end, they stood nearby, staring at us with the most unpleasant and disrespectful looks. They even said that if we wanted to take pictures with our camera, we’d have to pay €500, even though we had already paid for the food and a €5 seating fee.
What made it worse was that I saw other people freely using their cameras before. That made me feel like the staff’s behavior toward us was racist.
Overall, a terrible and uncomfortable experience — definitely not worth the money or the stress."

"We went here twice and both experiences were different. The first time was a more positive experience. The staff were attentive. We sat out on the terrace. Unless you are sat by the edge of the terrace you wont be able to see the Duomo when you having your drink/food. You can still take pictures after you have finished. It was a lovely and very busy atmosphere. Food was delicious and they had nice option of mocktails. They have the best Tiramusu! The second time we went, the waiter seemed to be a little rude and abrupt, telling us we couldn't order food outside and we had only 1 hour to stay for food. The drinks were jot as nice! Felt very rushed!"

"Terrazza Duomo 21 is a beautiful spot right in the heart of Milan, with an unbeatable view of the Duomo. The entrance is directly from the main square, making it the perfect stop if you want to take a break while shopping and enjoy the city’s atmosphere from above.
You can go for an aperitivo or dine, and we tried two cocktails – a perfectly balanced Pisco Sour and a fruity cocktail that was refreshing and full of flavor. With the drinks, they serve a small but tasty happy hour selection including olives, chips, and peanuts.
The ambience is chic yet relaxed, ideal to soak in the view without feeling rushed. It can get quite busy at times, but when we went there was still room on the terrace. Prices are on the higher side – €15 for cocktails and even €8 for water – but you’re paying for both quality and location.
Overall, a very nice experience if you want to relax with a drink while enjoying one of the best views in Milan."
