What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Mall Firenze offers a vast selection of luxury brands, with some visitors finding significant discounts, particularly on items like Gucci and Versace. However, expectations for deep bargains should be managed, as prices can still be high and popular sizes sell out quickly. The dining options are generally considered underwhelming, and customer service can be inconsistent.
"The mall in Florence looks promising at first glance—clean, modern, and packed with shiny stores that make you think you’re about to stumble on some designer steals. Spoiler: you’re not.
Most of the “deals” feel like someone just slapped a 10% discount on last season’s leftovers and called it a day. If you’re hunting for a hidden gem or a wow-worthy bargain, bring low expectations and maybe a magnifying glass.
The staff? Mostly hovering between uninterested and “why are you talking to me?” vibes. Not rude, just… emotionally unavailable.
Also, no food options?? In Italy?? How are you gonna call yourself a mall and not even offer a sad little food court? I walked out with nothing but disappointment and low blood sugar.
Nice floors though."

"We’ve heard so many great things about this outlet that we were disappointed with the visit. Perhaps it’s off sale season but what I’ve seen on TikTok showed really big discounts on Loro Piana (up to 70%) but when we were there (April 9) there didn’t seem to be much of a sale with the brands there. Burberry had some items which offered additional 30% but price works out to be the same as what we would get at the Paris La Vallée outlets. No additional discounts for Visa Infinite nor hands free shopping available here at the mall. Also outlets like Prada and monclear are not part of the mall but it’s just next to it. Similarly discounts at Prada and Gucci wasn’t as great as I’ve experienced in other outlets, disappointed considering they are Italian brands. All in all to say, check out if they have a sale otherwise not sure if it’s worth going especially if you’re visiting other European cities with outlets. Also the food available there is quite terrible so if you have a car, good to venture out to the hills for lunch but they have closure times around 2.30pm"
