"A small and unpretentious entrance. It costs only 5 Euros unless you are over 65 when it is free.
The very nice security man and kind lady were very helpful. Thanks!
The museum itself is a real treasure house. Definitely worth a visit.
It is much bigger on the inside (sound familiar?) than you think on entering the building.
I learned a lot about the Foggia area in the thousands of years before it was Foggia.
If you are not an Italian speaker/cannot read much Italian I recommend you use Google translate (or similar) on your phone (with camera) to really get all the information on the background of the exhibits. It was really helpful and I can appreciate the history of Arpi and this region of Puglia so much more now."

"In my city, a beautiful glimpse of culture and history. On a Sunday unlike any other, we decided to dedicate some time to ourselves and our own exploration. We went to the museum; admission was ONLY 5 euros. It was truly a start. The museum is well-organized, clean, and spacious. The artifacts on display, as we were told, are only 1/10 of those actually available. It makes me wonder, why isn't culture and history given more space? The security guard acted as our guide, offering to teach us so much and illustrate the cultural beauties of our region. We were truly happy and amazed by it all."
