Lots of images and texts in Italian and English which explain the origins and history of the production of felino salami - which is very highly regarded in Italy. Note that if you have visited one of the other castles in the area, you can claim a discount on the admission price to the museum - keep those castle tickets! And you can buy felino salami here as well as a range of other salami themed trinkets including salami earrings!"
