Reviews Summary

"Always fascinating
We were in the area on May 17 and 18 and on both days we saw the famous Trabocchi, now rare fishing methods that recall times gone by. They are always beautiful and fascinating to see and we found them in Termoli, one of which is called Trabucco di Celestino, near the Monumento alla Bagnante on the Vasto coast, in the port of Pescara at the end of the river of the same name near Ponte del Mare and many in the area of the Valli di Comacchio. The photos will illustrate everything but we know well that the Adriatic coast, from Bari to Chioggia, although hundreds of kilometers long, has many areas where the trabocchi are clearly visible, reaching the maximum concentration in the Chieti area. Some have been modernized and transformed into restaurants where it is really pleasant to have lunch or dinner on the famous stilts. To see"

"We cycled along the paved stretch of road in Vasto. Unfortunately, at a certain point, going north, it merges onto a state road with no guardrails for cyclists, so we turned back."
Patrizia Pecc
"Fantastic experience. You can see the old stations and enjoy dreamy views.
Recommended the water supply of San Vito.
Maybe put more stations for water and shade."
