What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the deeply relaxing and enjoyable experience at Parco Termale del Garda Villa dei Cedri, highlighting the breathtaking scenery and warm, large baths. The natural setting and therapeutic waters are consistently lauded. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the pricing structure, particularly the higher cost at the entrance compared to online bookings, and the additional fees for amenities like chairs. The condition of some facilities has also been noted as not meeting expectations for the price point.
"Why charge more at the entrance versus paying online?? If you search on Google Maps you can find sites online for about €6 less than paying at the gate. At the entrance the charge was €40 but online I paid €34.20 which I did on my phone as I stood outside. Management, do yourself a favor and charge everybody the same price. I'm sure you're also paying a commission when people book on third-party sites, so I really don't get why you are both giving away so much money to third parties plus charging less online when you could just charge less to begin with and everybody would be happier. If you're paying your employees to be at the gate anyway, why not just let people have some happier human interaction for once instead of pushing everybody to do everything online. That would certainly be more aligned with a theme of wellness that you promote with a thermal park. Not to mention the additional €5 fee if you want to use a chair."

"Absolutely amazing!! Soo relaxing and enjoyable. The scenery is breathtaking, the baths are large and warm and the staff is very helpful. You can shower there before you leave which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place to relax and unwind 👌🏻👌🏻"

"After a telephone inquiry about the thermal baths and sauna area, when it was confirmed that they were open, we agreed to accept the price of €40 for everything. At the cashier's office, we were told that the saunas were closed, so we paid, saying that we accepted that. However, the impression of the entire thermal bath was very low, considering the price ratio. Yes, the park and location are very beautiful, but otherwise it is not worth the price, keep in mind that it is a natural swimming pool and even the buildings with changing rooms and the buffet are well below the level of what you would expect for this price. After 1.5 hours, we left in disgust. They do not have a lower entrance fee here, for example for 2 hours."
