"A small apartment just steps from the center of Città della Pieve, with a double bedroom, a small living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
You enter through a long corridor with a common area at the end (the owners allowed us to park our bikes, which was very convenient), and then up the stairs to the front door.
I really appreciated the owners' desire to improve, which was conveyed through a note in the kitchen asking for the courtesy of writing down what went well and what didn't. I've seen very few people do this, so I find it a gesture of humility and a strong desire to improve the B&B's services.
The apartment includes a washing machine, hairdryer, gas boiler for hot water, refrigerator, and kitchen, with Wi-Fi soon to be available.
I think it's one of the best value for money and location.
A few notes for the owners:
I'd add a fan, in case the lovely breeze that evening was accidental.
I'd add a splash of color to the entire walkway from the front door to the entrance, perhaps adding some paintings, a few accent objects, or some plants. I also think I'd freshen up the apartment's retro style.
Otherwise, the owners are clearly committed to doing their best, and we had a truly wonderful time."
