Then, on the day of your scheduled appointment, they make you wait for hours in the waiting rooms, and if you don't ask and wander around the wards, amidst the general indifference, your appointment will easily be cancelled after hours of driving to get there and a wasted day of work. Then, after hours of wandering around, you find them lounging around in the rooms."
