"I can't recommend this hotel enough!! The 2 nights we spent here were by far our best hotel experience on our 10-day Amalfi Coast/Sicily trip.
We stayed in the Queen Sea View with Balcony. The rooms and hotel are modern, and look freshly renovated. The location and views from the balcony can't be beat. Conveniently located directly on the harbor, which contains over 30 great restaurants to choose from, just on that street alone. Despite being right in the middle of the action, the room is mostly soundproof once you close the balcony doors.
The hotel is easily accessible by car, and parking is convenient and easy with their own private gated parking lot right next door for an additional 8€.
But the best part was the staff!!
I feel bad for not remembering the name of the lady working the evening reception desk. She was a true professional who made us feel like family. Her concierge service really made our experience memorable. She provided valuable advice on the area, offered restaurant recommendations, and assisted us in obtaining everything we needed for our boat rental the next day. The hotel cafe has an amazing breakfast spread, and the chef was also just the sweetest lady who even helped us with a to-go pack of treats for our boat trip.
